Since obtaining his degree, the sole focus and area of practice has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years.Victor was born and raised in El Paso, so the El Paso community is near and dear to him. He's married to Mary Grace and has four children: Valerie, Victoria, Alejandro and Daniel.
