Located on the west side of El Paso I have a fully equipped home gym and provide personal training. I also offer group fitness classes via webex. Freedom Bang™️, Freedom Barre™️, and RISE™️ are all pre-choreographed workouts urban inspired world dance and music. Nutrition counseling is based on the model of Intuitive Eating or mindfulness eating.
