<p><!--block-->Ms. Martha has been with KinderCare for about 25 years. She received her degree in dentistry at San Antonio College of Medical and Dental Service. She later attended El Paso Community College where she received her associate's degree in child development. She started off as the Discovery Preschool Teacher, then became the Health and Safety Coordinator for 10 years. She was eventually promoted to Assistant Director and continues to leave her mark in the lives of all our children.</p>
<p><!--block-->Ms. Susy''s goal is to nurture children's creativity. She provides age-appropriate tools that promote artistic exploration and creativity, and supervises the infants as they use them; supports imaginative play with photo cards and puppets; and encourages self-expression through movement and music. Ms. Susy provides a safe and nurturing "home away from home" where your infant can explore and make new discoveries. She loves coming to work every day to be greeted with sweet baby smiles. Ms. Susy appreciates that families entrust her with their infant's care and education, and so she is committed to making this first transition away from home easy and natural for both the children and their parents.</p>
<p><!--block-->Ms. Louie's goal is to encourage children to express individuality through artistic exploration and creativity. She helps infants learn to engage with others by talking with them; communicating through non-verbal gestures; telling stories and singing songs to model conversational skills; and using picture books to build associations between sounds, objects, and words. Ms. Louie also helps infants improve mobility and coordination by supporting babies as they roll from side to side and learn to crawl, stand, and walk; and by supporting the development of motor skills with blocks and shape boards. She also ensures that she meets all children's individual needs for rest and nutrition. She started her career with KinderCare in 2010 and has eight years of experience as an educator. Ms. Louie is currently attending college to further her knowledge in the newest research about child development. She looks forward to loving and caring for your infant and becoming a partner to your family this year. </p>
<p><!--block-->Ms. Gaby's goal is to enhance learning through play using distinct areas of mathematics, creative arts, language, dramatic play, and sensory exploration. She partners with the families in her classroom to ensure ongoing communication about their child, including informing them of themed monthly units so that they can share in their child’s education. Ms. Gaby started her career in education over twenty years ago, and has been teaching at KinderCare since 2009.</p>
