    <p><!--block-->Ms. Barbara was born in Germany and has been living in the United States for more than 35 years. She loves living in the Southwest because of the friendly people and diverse community. Her hobbies are reading, sports, traveling, and of course spending time with her family. Ms. Barbara and her husband have two children, Alehanna, age 19 and Micarlo, age 17. She has been truly blessed these past 26 years at KinderCare doing what she loves most. Ms. Barbara has always loved children and knew that this was her calling: to make a difference in children’s lives. KinderCare gives her this opportunity. She is thankful every day for working with such great people and for parents entrusting their most precious gifts with us.</p>

    <p><!--block-->Ms. G.G. began her career at KinderCare in 1992 and treasures the many years she has been with this school. It has been a privilege for Ms. G.G. to be a part of so many families in El Paso and watch their children learn and grow.</p>

    <p><!--block-->Ms. Norma's goal is to lay the foundation for infants to develop trusting relationships. She responds to each baby with sensitivity and attention; uses words, facial expressions, and eye contact to communicate; and uses family photos to promote self-awareness and provide continuity with each child's home. Ms. Norma helps babies build brain power in a loving and caring environment. She prepares infants to think and reason by exploring the concepts of cause and effect, trial and error, and object permanence through play; provides a variety of materials of different colors, sizes, textures, and shapes for infants to explore; and encourages the use of all five senses so that babies can safely discover the world. Ms. Norma was born in El Paso and is proud to be raising her two daughters here. She enjoys music, dancing, and spending time with her girls and family. She began her career at KinderCare in 2007 and has previous experience working in the school district. She looks forward to working closely with you and your family to exceed your expectations.</p>

    <p><!--block-->Ms. Jovanna likes coming to work every day and see her children welcoming her with smiling faces every day. She enjoys being a toddler teacher because for Ms. Jovanna, it is so much more than just helping children learn--it is about forming connections and building trusting relationships with her children. She obtained her associate credential with us here at KinderCare.</p>

    <p><!--block-->Ms. Mela's goal is to create a literacy-rich environment where children enhance their vocabulary through imitation and repetition of words and sentences. Children in her classroom build alphabet recognition through play with letters and writing centers, and strengthen their conversational skills with group sharing and reading experiences. Ms. Mela supports cooperative play; uses whole- and small-group activities to model sharing, communication, and cooperation; and demonstrates how to recognize others' feelings and respond appropriately. She supports pretend play and role-playing with props and costumes; encourages creative expression through age-appropriate art materials; and stimulates imagination through storytelling and block-building. Ms. Mela attended El Paso Community College and received her associate credential there. She loves movies, traveling, and spending time with her daughter. Ms. Mela looks forward to getting to know you and your child in her classroom.</p>
